This is our 2nd month of fundraising in 2022 for a meal a day for a year for 377 children with Mary’s Meals. Mary’s Meals serves nutritious school meals to children living in some of the world’s poorest countries. The promise of a good meal attracts these hungry children into the classroom, giving them the energy to learn and hope for a better future. Their vision is that every child receives one daily meal in their place of education and that all those who have more than they need, share with those who lack even the most basic things. Mary’s Meals is an international movement that sets up school feeding projects in communities where poverty and hunger prevent children from gaining an education. The charity now feeds an incredible 2,279, 941 children every school day and it costs just £15.90  to feed a child for a school year. Every year we sponsor three schools within the Mary’s Meals programme. Thanks to our investment the students of Chitakale Primary School, Blantyre, Malawi, Kalopa Primary School, Mzimba, Malawi and Dudu Town Public School, Montserrado Country, Liberia won’t have to choose between going to school and being fed. This is our 11th year working with Mary's Meals.
