The £5,611.49 our members donated during our birthday month of May will help to bring clean water to a community of people for the first time. With our partner, charity: water, we will be building a water project in Ethiopia which will begin in 2018. We'll be fundraising again later this year to raise the rest of the funds and will be able to share more information on the location and scale of the project then. We first worked with charity: water in 2016 when we raised £9.5K to build a well for over 200 people in a remote village in Ethiopia. The project is currently under construction supported by members of the community and we look forward to sharing some news on its progress soon.
